Terms of Service

Last updated 1 September 2026

These terms form the agreement between you and Magic Journey Sanctuary LLC, trading as Magic Post Op at 2708 Glenwood Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11210 (referred to below as we, us and our). They govern your account and your access to The Post-Op Bible.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create one.

1. What we provide

The Post-Op Bible is a written and filmed guide to post-operative recovery, delivered through this site. Buying it grants you a personal, non-transferable right to read it for as long as we operate the site.

This is educational material. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and it does not replace the instructions your surgeon gave you. The full position is in our medical disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

2. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • Your account is yours alone. Do not share your password or your access.
  • Keep your email address current, because it is how we reach you about your access.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.

3. Payment and access

The price shown at checkout is the price charged, in US dollars, as a single payment. Access is granted to your account when the payment settles.

Access to the volume you bought does not expire, and is not affected by a later price change. If we add answers or videos to that volume, they are included at no further cost. A future volume would be a separate purchase.

4. What you may not do

  • Copy, republish, resell or redistribute the content, in whole or in part.
  • Share your account, or give anyone else access to content you bought.
  • Attempt to access parts of the site your account does not open.
  • Use the content to advise other people clinically.

We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy forms part of these terms.

6. Liability

We provide this material in good faith and take care over its accuracy, but we do not warrant that it fits your circumstances, and we are not liable for decisions you make about your own care. Your surgeon is responsible for your clinical care; we are not.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to the address on your account. Write to us at contact@magicpostop.com with any question about them.
